Jr. Application Systems Technician
About the role
The Application Support Technician provides setup, maintenance, and support for the DNC application software, its hardware infrastructure, and the connectivity to the shop floor CNC machines to ensure accessibility, reliability, and change control in support of business users.
Responsibilities
- Install, validate, and maintain application software on Microsoft/SQL Application and Database servers.
- Implement patches and upgrades to existing software.
- Deploy new software, set up new users, and configure the application to CNC machines.
- Write batch scripting and PowerShell scripts as needed.
Requirements
- Experience supporting, administering, and maintaining applications, including patches and upgrades to existing software.
- Experience deploying new software, setting up new users, and configuring the application to CNC machines.
- Scripting experience (specifically SQL).
Qualifications
- Delmia DNC Shopfloor Portal software application experience or ability to learn.
- Manufacturing shop floor experience with CNC machines preferred.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
