Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential church partners through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Qualify inbound leads and determine fit for the Amazing Life platform
- Book and schedule high-quality appointments for Account Executives
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of opportunities
- Track activity, conversations, and progress in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Experiment with outreach messaging and approaches to improve engagement
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly appointment-setting goals
Requirements
- 02 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (internships and entry-level welcome)
- Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and personable both in writing and speaking
- Resilience and motivation—you’re not afraid of rejection and stay driven to succeed
- Organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and tasks at once
- A heart for the local church and respect for the leaders who serve it
