What You'll Do

As an Engineer at Teleios, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting projects, including:

• Development and execution of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and Systems Performance Analysis
• Weapon System hardware and software prototyping
• Development, integration, and testing of Weapon System components (Guidance Electronics Units, Sensors/Seekers, Control Actuation Systems, etc.) in a Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) environment
• Seeker/weapons systems analysis, algorithm development, seeker/sensor hardware, and/or test support for live fire test events
• Be a part of a fast-paced startup culture where innovation, teamwork, and rapid development are at the forefront

What You'll Bring

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering, from an ABET-accredited university with a 3.5 GPA or higher
• Professional Experience: 5–10 years in the defense or aerospace industry
• HWIL Expertise: Proven ability to integrate and test seeker/sensor hardware within a simulated environment
• Versatility: Ability to transition between "the math" (algorithm development) and "the metal" (hardware testing and live fire support)
• Communication Skills: Comfortable interacting and presenting to government customers and management
• Team Player: Good people skills and a desire to collaborate with a highly technical team
• Experience with PYTHON, C++, ANSYS, AFSIM and/or MATLAB

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
