Journeyman Engineer

The Journeyman Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of complex building systems. Requirements
Coursework/Training: Must have successfully completed extensive specialized training courses --or-- Demonstrated ability and experience may be accepted in lieu of education Upon hire: National Boiler Operator Grade I License - State, County, City Trade License Authority --or-- National Boiler Operator Grade II License - State, County, City Trade License Authority --or-- National Boiler Operator Grade III License - State, County, City Trade License Authority 4 years of building control systems inspection, testing, repair and maintenance in a hospital environment
Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Systems, Building Control Technology, HVAC, or similar field

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
