Responsibilities

• Design and install structural steel components
• Maintain and repair existing steel structures
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and other tradespeople
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural steel fabrication and installation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of OSHA and ANSI standards
