About the role
Responsible for framing metal studs and installing drywall in construction projects. Requires strong carpentry skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Install metal studs and drywall according to blueprints and specifications
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials as needed
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes
- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople on the project team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in carpentry tools and techniques
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs
