About the role

Responsible for overseeing metal stud framing and drywall hanger projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises a team of metal stud framers and drywall hangers.
• Ensures all work adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Manages project timelines and budgets.
• Communicates effectively with clients and subcontractors.
• Trains and mentors new employees in metal stud framing and drywall installation techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in metal stud framing and drywall installation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in using construction tools and equipment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with building codes and local regulations.
• Knowledge of material specifications and quality control.

Skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
