About the role

Responsible for overseeing metal stud framing and drywall hanger projects. Ensures adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee metal stud framing and drywall installation processes
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Train and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with project management software

Skills

• Proficient in metal stud framing techniques
• Knowledgeable in drywall installation methods
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
