Responsibilities

• Practice best insulation techniques and train insulation, plaster, sealer, and spray helpers.
• Install products as permitted by collective bargaining agreements or project labor agreements.
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches.
• Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal, cover, wrap, staple, glue, and fit insulating, sealant, foam, and other materials.
• Review daily work schedules and ensure trucks are loaded with necessary products, tools, and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned under collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes (this is a safety-sensitive position).

Travel Requirements

• Local travel required; occasional out-of-town travel may be necessary.
• Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted to load and unload materials.
• Climb, stoop, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods, including working in confined spaces and small areas.
• Ladder climbing as needed.

Pay

Compensation range: $51.44 per hour. Actual offers may vary based on location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also include variable compensation.
