This position

• Responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining production and facility equipment according to safety protocols.
• Responsible for emergency maintenance service as scheduled, including tasks such as changing light bulbs, light plumbing, etc.
• Performs trash pickup outside of the building and parking lot.
• Completes regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment on property, if assigned.
• Uses and maintains equipment properly.
• Operates and maintains all equipment correctly and safely.
• Maintains monitoring and management of all building systems as assigned.
• Reports safety hazards as appropriate.
• Maintains a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of one year of commercial-related experience.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.

Pay

USD $40.33/Hr.

Schedule

8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
