About the role
As a Joint Exercise Operational Environment Specialist, you will collaborate with thought leaders in multi-domain operations and simulation to support joint military exercises for a Combatant Command client. Your responsibilities include developing, managing, and assessing the operational environment for complex joint training scenarios focused on the Space domain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the operational environment for joint training scenarios
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate Space domain operations with other warfighting domains
- Support scenario development and Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) management
- Brief and advise senior military leaders on Space domain operations
- Ensure the realism and relevance of training experiences for joint warfighters
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with military exercise planning, space operations, or space intelligence
- Experience supporting a Combatant Command or joint command
- Knowledge of Space domain operations and their integration with other warfighting domains
- Knowledge of scenario development and MSEL management processes
- Confidence in briefing and advising senior military leaders
- TS/SCI clearance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
