This role supports the development, organization, and maintenance of operational training programs across all departments.This role plays a critical part in translating real-world operational expertise into clear, accessible training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Operational Training Specialist will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all profit centers to ensure training is accurate, consistent with our internal standards, regularly updated, and scalable.If you love turning complexity into clarity and thrive at the intersection of operations, communication, and process improvement, this role is for you! The pay range for this position will be $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.Requirements:Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex informationHighly organized with strong project management capabilitiesComfortable working cross-functionally with operational teamsFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)Experience with Articulate Storyline 360Knowledge of ADDIE and able to complete skill gap analysesExperience creating digital contentStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust be adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentMust be collaborative and relationship-focusedAbility to be proactive and self-directedEffective June 1, 2024, seasonal employment opportunities due to attending school are no longer available.
