Requirements
- Full-time, benefited position of Operational Training Specialist
- Supports the development, organization, and maintenance of operational training programs across all departments
- Translates real-world operational expertise into clear, accessible training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all profit centers to ensure training is accurate, consistent with our internal standards, regularly updated, and scalable
Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360
- Knowledge of ADDIE and able to complete skill gap analyses
- Experience creating digital content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to be adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative and relationship-focused
- Proactive and self-directed

Pay
The pay range for this position will be $23.00 - $27.00 per hour.
