About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support and Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a Support and Infrastructure Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers' technical needs are met promptly and effectively. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional support, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement of our services in a highly collaborative environment across our Sales, Support, and Infrastructure teams.

Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated to learn about new technologies, stay on top of industry trends, and constantly look for ways to better themselves and their team. This role will provide opportunities to expand skills in container-based infrastructure, software/security improvements, cPanel administration, customer support, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Infrastructure teams to improve services continuously.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
• Expand skills in container-based infrastructure, software/security improvements, cPanel administration, and customer support.

Requirements

• Must reside in the United States.
• Highly motivated to learn and improve technical skills.
• Dedicated and detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Pay

$55,000 to $67,500 annually.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week). Shift is to be determined based on candidate and may include nights and weekends.
