A distinguished 4‑star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, problem‑solving skills, and a passion for hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning across departments
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other teams for efficient service delivery
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain brand standards
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational policies
• Support senior management in driving revenue and operational efficiency

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• 4–6 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage guest relations and operational challenges effectively
• Knowledge of hotel systems and SOPs
