JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Nekoosa community member is seeking a Mentor to provide steady, encouraging support at a local golf course during scheduled weekly hours. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching through real-life experiences, building confidence, and helping someone grow their independence in a calm, supportive way.

• A natural teacher or coach who enjoys helping others build confidence
• Comfortable supporting an adult with unique learning or developmental needs
• Able to maintain calm, clear communication and model positive behavior
• Enjoys being outdoors and active in a community setting

PAY & DETAILS

• Paid through a fiscal employer/agent
• Consistent weekly schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, 9am-2pm
• Start date flexible based on candidate availability
