- Monitor job file status
- Maintain job file audit status
- Ensure client requirements are followed
- Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and file close-out
- Review and validate initial field documentation
- Create preliminary estimate
- Perform daily job file coordination
- Perform job file backup
- Maintain internal communications with project managers and production team
- Maintain external communications with customer and insurance company
- Prepare job file reports
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of business experience
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies
- Superb customer service and administrative skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in water and fire restoration or insurance industry is desired
- Experience in writing estimates and the job file process
Qualifications
- A high school diploma/GED is required
