Job Coach / Community Coach

About the role

Cool Options Community Based Day Program is looking for a job / community coach to assist developmentally disabled adults. Coaches provide transportation (in their own vehicle) to volunteer sites and participate in leisure activities with the clients. (Mileage is reimbursed by Cool Options.) Cool Options provides structured volunteer sites for vocational activities. No experience necessary. We will train you and we have a very supportive team.

Schedule

Program hours: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM

Requirements

• Clean background / fingerprints check
• All staff must be at least 18 years old and high school diploma / equivalent
• Valid CPR and First Aid cards (will assist to obtain)
• Valid California Driver’s license, auto insurance and a vehicle
• East County / Spring Valley / La Mesa / Lemon Grove / National City areas
