Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and goals

• Maintain regular progress updates and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in career counseling or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
