Duties and Responsibilities

• Affords assistance in the creation and execution of task analyses and training plans aligned with individual needs pertinent to the job.
• Supervises the individual according to the established training plan and in accordance with the practices utilized by the employer.
• Conducts on-the-job evaluations and follow-up services as required to ensure the individual retains employment.

Education and Experience

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent, combined with two (2) years of relevant experience working with people with disabilities or other barriers to employment.

Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining ACRE Certification.
• Must hold a valid driver's license, possess a reliable vehicle, and satisfactorily complete a motor vehicle check annually.
• Must exhibit good communication skills.
• Must present oneself professionally.
• Must be able to handle confidential information.
• Must be able to prioritize and organize work independently.
• Must be able to work outside of regular hours as needed.
• Must complete and successfully pass Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Clearance, and Low Risk Federal Background Check.
