About the role

Architectural drafting using AutoCAD AND Revit to create layouts for primarily retail spaces. Will eventually look to have this candidate manage projects for clients.

Responsibilities

• Put together construction documentation for builders/contractors.

Requirements

• Essential Skills: Proficient in Revit and know some AutoCAD.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architecture.
• Experience in drafting, architectural design, and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with project management and construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Pay and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
