Job Captain

About the role

SVA Architects is searching for a thoughtful, self-motivated, and collaborative Job Captain with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of an award-winning company that values forward thinking, hard work, and our employees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project leadership team to develop execution plan
• Ensure building designs are structurally sound and functional, as well as aesthetically in line with the Client’s ideas
• Work on a team of emerging professionals, consultants, engineers, draftsmen, and general contractors during a large building project

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with Educational and/or Multifamily projects
• Experience with Commercial, Public, and Private Projects also considered
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Must have experience with Revit and the CA building codes

Qualifications

• Architecture degree and architecture license or pursuit of licensure preferred

• Adept at problem-solving and follow-through

Pay

$65,000 – $80,000 (based on prior experience)
