Service team member

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure all customers receive a fast and friendly checkout experience.
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards to deliver brand promises.
• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Execute cash handling to standards during checkout.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go‑back process and general store recovery to keep the store well‑merchandised and in‑stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive in difficult situations; promote the organization’s vision and values; serve as a role model for team members.
• Cross‑trained in custom framing selling and production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities include the duties listed above and the ability to learn additional store functions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch, lift heavy boxes, and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.
• Work environment: climate‑controlled public retail areas, some non‑climate‑controlled stock rooms, occasional outdoor tasks (e.g., retrieving carts, unloading trucks), and a frame shop with glass cutter and heat press.
• Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Applicants must satisfy all federal, state, and local legal requirements and be at least 16 years of age.

Pay

Total Base Pay Range: $17.13 – $20.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.

Schedule

Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings; shift times may vary based on store needs.
