Responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with AI and machine learning
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with ICIMS or similar ATS platforms
• Experience with generative and agentic AI technologies

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP)
• Understanding of ethics and fairness in AI
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and APIs
