About the role

As a Store Manager at our Jiffy Lube location in West Palm Beach, FL, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales and profitability. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with multiple bonus platforms, allowing you to earn up to $100,000 annually. You will wear many hats—managing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
