About the role

As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction while driving business growth. You will lead by example, set the tone for the store, and develop your team through hiring, training, and coaching. Your role includes promoting guest satisfaction, managing budgets, and fostering innovation to achieve success.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong sales and delegation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Professional demeanor and detail-oriented mindset.
