About the role

As Store Manager at our Jiffy Lube location in Pittsfield, MA, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service, employee satisfaction, and smooth daily operations. You will hire, train, and develop team members, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and resources to foster their success. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction and profitability through sales and customer service excellence. Additionally, you will plan and track budget forecasts, innovate processes, and build strong relationships with both employees and customers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Previous leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong self-motivation and sales skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and delegate effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
