About the role
Contracts are currently available in Med/Surg, Neuro, ICU, and ED. This role offers flexibility through PRN and contract positions with competitive rates, as well as opportunities to work at different Johns Hopkins facilities and explore various units, including non-clinical settings.
- Facilitate and coordinate care by providing evidence-based care based on the nursing process, policies, procedures, and protocols of the Johns Hopkins Health System.
- Provide direction to and management of other team members to promote quality, safety, and excellence in care.
- Work collaboratively with, and provide leadership for, a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support program initiatives that enhance quality, safety, and excellence in care.
- Participate in promoting improvement initiatives (clinical, financial, and operational) that support, protect, and advance your area of specialty.
- Implement initiatives in your area of specialty as directed by nursing and medical leadership.
- Foster a clinical environment of service excellence.
Requirements
- Current registered nurse license in the state of Maryland, or licensed in a compact state.
- Current CPR certification.
- 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in your nursing specialty.
Pay
$60-65/hr
