Minimum Associate's degree (AA) plus 2 years' experience in marketing; or combination of relevant education and marketing experience
Minimum 18 years of age
Ability to pass drug test
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Effective verbal/written communication skills
Accuracy/attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality
60 WPM typing
Ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to often changing business priorities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with strict time frames and resolute deadlines
Experience participating on project teams and/or committees
Ability to work overtime on an occasional basis

Previous retail marketing experience helpful
Jewelry industry experience and/or knowledge helpful
Knowledge of Fred Meyer policies, procedures, and organizational structure
Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service

Coordination of Marketing Print (POP) and Digital campaigns, including printed Billboard and Digital Billboard creation, scheduling, and deployment
The author and coordinator of the division's marketing production schedule; schedule all Marketing meetings, conduct weekly meetings with Marketing, and update/manage traffic for the department
Review all marketing material, quality control, team effectiveness, scheduling, routing, and delivery of final assets
Create memos and promo strategies, including maintaining master exclusions document for Fred Meyer Jewelers
Review, edit, and route landing page copy to ensure it is on-brand and in legal compliance
Coordinator of FMJ Media, terrestrial radio, and streaming audio that is implemented by a third party
Coordinator of internal marketing fulfillment experience that supports stores marketing material requests
