Jewelry Consultant

About the role

The Jewelry Consultant at Maharajas Fine Jewelry is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting in the sale of high-end jewelry and watches, and helping clients plan and purchase meaningful pieces for their lives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Guide clients through the selection process for engagement rings, bridal sets, fashion jewelry, luxury watches, custom creations, and special orders
• Provide expert knowledge on product features, benefits, and care instructions
• Handle returns and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and company policies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within the local area as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for travel)
