Responsibilities
- Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily (100+ calls per day)
- Connect with new and existing providers to present opportunities aligned with their skills and credentials
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and providers to ensure repeat business and loyalty
- Clearly communicate assignment details, expectations, and compensation to ensure a smooth and transparent placement process
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and alignment with All Star Healthcare Solutions' core values of loyalty, trust, and long-term success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in sales and high-volume cold calling is preferred
- Backgrounds in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality are preferred
