About the role

The qualified person will lead project workstreams, provide strategic guidance, develop analytical frameworks, and mentor junior staff. Responsibilities include addressing real-world applied economics questions, particularly in intellectual property and financial analysis.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree with an academic focus on quantitative research (Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline)
  • Minimum four (4+) years of experience in an advisory firm managing commercial disputes
  • Minimum two (2+) years of experience in antitrust & competition litigation matters
  • Demonstrated understanding of, and ability to explain, economic, financial, and/or accounting concepts, and quantitative and qualitative analysis methods
  • Strong leadership capabilities and ability to communicate effectively with both junior and senior staff
  • Experience working with large data sets in Excel and/or statistical analysis programs (e.g. SAS, Stata, R, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to create strategic visions and implement strategies with a proven track record
  • Desire to work within a highly collaborative team environment
  • Clear and demonstrated interest in consulting with the broader vision of generating business and becoming known in the marketplace as an Expert in your field

Qualifications

  • ABD or PhDs will be considered for our Economist track
  • Minimum four (4+) years of experience in an advisory firm managing commercial disputes
  • Minimum two (2+) years of experience in antitrust & competition litigation matters

Pay

Senior Associate - $70,000 – $135,000 per year
Consultant - $70,000 – $150,000 per year
