Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand business objectives, operational processes, and areas of potential risk
- Analyze financial, operational, and contractual information to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in interviews and discussions with client stakeholders and external business partners
- Gather, organize, and evaluate supporting documentation
- Perform detailed analysis and testing to assess compliance with established agreements, policies, and procedures
- Document findings and develop clear, well-supported conclusions
- Prepare reports and presentations that help clients make informed business decisions
- Support recommendations related to process improvements, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness
- Assist with client communications and project status updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or another related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, consulting, finance, compliance, operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong interest in professional development and certification pursuits such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or similar credentials
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred
- Experience with Power BI, data analytics, reporting tools, or visualization software is a plus
