JETSET Training Manager (Miami-Based)

About the role

The JETSET Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and development of our Pilates instructors across multiple locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, and West Palm Beach. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing instructors.
• Assess instructor performance and provide feedback to improve teaching techniques and knowledge.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company goals.
• Conduct regular evaluations and provide ongoing support to maintain high standards of instruction.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Pilates education.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pilates instruction and/or training.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to various locations within the designated area.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Pilates mat work, reformer, and other equipment.
• Passion for Pilates and a commitment to excellence in teaching.
