JETSET Training Manager (Miami-Based)

About the role

The JETSET Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and development of our Pilates instructors across multiple locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, and West Palm Beach. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing instructors
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to instructors
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards
• Support instructors in their professional growth and development
• Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pilates instruction and management
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Pilates equipment and techniques

Qualifications

• Passion for Pilates and fitness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Pilates history and philosophy
• Experience with adult education and training
