JETSET Training Manager (Miami-Based)

About the role

The JETSET Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the training and development of our Pilates instructors across multiple locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Weston, and West Palm Beach. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing instructors
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to instructors
• Collaborate with the product team to ensure that training materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards
• Manage instructor schedules and coordinate training sessions
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Pilates instruction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Pilates teaching or training
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pilates technique and theory
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Ability to travel as needed
