Jerky Shack Pit Master
About the role
Bluejack National is a private residential club built around laid-back luxury, genuine hospitality, and exceptional experiences. We are committed to creating exceptional lifestyle experiences one family, one member, one guest, and one employee at a time. If you share our passion for delivering on that promise, Bluejack National may be the place for you!
The Jerky Shack Pitmaster operates out of one of Bluejack National’s most treasured amenities located on Hole 12 of our championship golf course. This comfort station serves barbecue and jerky to golfers stopping by during their round, as well as members who visit to enjoy delicious food and take in the beautiful scenery. As the Jerky Shack Attendant, you will be responsible for the set-up, food preparation, organization, sanitation, and production of all food items, as well as closing and properly storing items at your workstation. A friendly disposition and can-do attitude are essential for this position.
