Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
• Take and deliver guests' food and beverage orders with enthusiasm
• Regularly revisit tables to ensure beverages are filled and guest satisfaction is maintained
• Generate checks through the Property Management System (PMS) and receive payments efficiently
• Maintain daily organization of the restaurant, ensuring all condiments and supplies are replenished
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all restaurant and service workstations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
• Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
• Food Handlers Certification required
