About the role
Join our Health & Life Sciences technology services team as an SME-level JDE Technology Support Engineer. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining system stability, resolving complex technical challenges, and optimizing Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments for our enterprise client base. This is a telecommute contract position.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SME-level technical support and problem resolution for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems.
- Create and implement Requests for Change (RFCs) while maintaining technical knowledge base documentation.
- Collaborate with vendor partners and service management leads to diagnose root causes and prevent service disruptions.
- Proactively monitor system health and implement integration best practices across enterprise workflows.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of hands-on technical experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Strong expertise in Oracle JDE EnterpriseOne SOA Integration.
- Proven track record in incident and problem management within complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in Application Managed Services (AMS) environments.
- Background supporting technology platforms within the Health & Life Sciences sector.
