About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team in the role of Program Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs and workshops. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs, designing customized solutions, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, training coordination, or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with learning management systems. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work under tight deadlines. Experience in client relationship management and a passion for development and training initiatives will be considered advantageous. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.Collaborate with clients to identify needs and customize training content to meet specific objectives.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective program execution.Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and other stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of content and activities.Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and assessment tools, making improvements as necessary.Maintain accurate records of program activities, attendance, and outcomes for reporting purposes.Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and expand program reach.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance program offerings.
