About the role
A Java Developer position focused on building and maintaining modern, scalable applications using Java and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms with Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT, and SSO.
- Design and optimize database interactions with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and JPA/Hibernate.
- Build front-end components using ReactJS/Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Work with event-driven architectures using Kafka or JMS.
- Containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes, and deploy on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or OpenShift.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams and follow DevOps best practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA and query optimization.
- Expertise in developing microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in ReactJS/Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Knowledge of Kafka, JMS, or other event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, Maven, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Pay
$100,000–$110,000 a year.
