Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, deployment, and release processes
- Work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure smooth application delivery
- Monitor application performance and infrastructure using Grafana and related monitoring tools
- Develop dashboards, alerts, and performance metrics in Grafana
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud and containerized environments
- Ensure security, reliability, and availability of applications and infrastructure
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and DevOps best practices implementation

Required Experience
- 5+ years of Java development experience
- 2+ years of DevOps implementation and CI/CD management
- Hands-on experience creating Grafana dashboards, alerts, and monitoring solutions
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Telecom domain preferred
- Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure) are an added advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
