for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to decide appropriate headings based on content. We have "What You Can Expect In This Role" (general description). Could be About the role. Then "What You'll Do In This Role" (Responsibilities). Then "What We're Looking For" (Requirements/Qualifications/Skills). Then "Other Requirements" (maybe part of Requirements). Then "Salary Range Information" (Pay). Then "What you can expect when you join Sammons Financial Group" (Benefits). Then schedule info inside benefits? Could separate Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include duplicated lines. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, E-Verify, etc. Also remove "Work Authorization/Sponsorship", "Additional Information", "Policy for External Search Firms and Agencies". Also remove "Commitment to embrace Sammons Financial Group Companies shared values" maybe considered values but could be part of culture; but it's substantive? It's about values; maybe keep as part of Benefits or Culture? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The values statement is not boilerplate; it's part of company culture. Could keep under a section like "About the Company" but not listed as allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could incorporate values into Benefits or maybe under About the role. Probably better to include under Benefits as part of culture? But it's not a benefit. Could create a section "About the role" that includes values? Might be okay. We must not invent sections not in allowed list. So we must stick to those headings. We can have multiple sections but only those headings. Thus we need to map content: - About the role: maybe the first paragraph "What You Can Expect In This Role" plus later description about role responsibilities? Actually that is more about role. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: "What You'll Do In This Role" bullet list (many sentences). We'll convert each sentence into
- .
- Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: "What We're Looking For" includes college degree, 8 years experience, communications, problem solving, multitasking, directing work, knowledge of programming languages. Also "Other Requirements" criminal background check. Could combine into Requirements.
- Skills: maybe list technologies? Could be Skills section: list of technologies (Java 17+, Spring Boot, etc). Could also be under Requirements. But we have separate Skills heading allowed. We'll put technologies under Skills.
- Benefits: the "What you can expect when you join..." paragraph plus maybe the values statement? We'll include benefits: health coverage, ESOP, 401k, Friday afternoons off, PTO, paid holidays, paid development time, tuition reimbursement, professional development, volunteer time off, nonprofit matching gift program, ownership culture.
- Pay: Salary Range Information.
- Schedule: maybe we extract "Friday afternoons off year-round" as schedule detail. Could also mention "may be required to work for extended periods at night and on weekends". That's schedule expectations. So we can include schedule details.
We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same info.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
