About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Itconsulting. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A project management certification such as PMP or Prince2 is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity solutions will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients are also required.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end project management activities, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and establish clear objectives.
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Managing project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Cooking with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
• Ensuring quality standards are met and project deliverables align with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Fostering a collaborative team environment, motivating team members, and facilitating professional development.
• Utilizing project management tools and software to track project performance and generate reports for senior management.
