Japanese bilingual Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
• Cook up order status and logistics with internal teams.
• Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Visit customer sites to perform inventory checks and maintain inventory levels.
• Order, process, and deliver inventory as needed.
• Track inventory data and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets.
• Create, update, and analyze inventory reports using Excel.
• Handle inventory items weighing up to 15 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and spreadsheet creation.
• Japanese-English bilingual skills are a big plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites (up to approximately 3 hours round trip).
