About the role
Full-time, permanent openings for a Site Cleaning Supervisor in a dynamic environment focused on workplace safety.
Turns
- 7 days a week
- 7:00 am – 11:00 am
- Immediate availability required
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented cleaning operations environment
- Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and KBS Field Operations teams by responding efficiently, accurately, and promptly to escalations
- Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairwells, break rooms, and other work areas as needed
- Follow the Cleaning Supervisor task flow diagram
- Support call handling by working directly or splitting shifts among the team and leading the shift to meet daily operational schedules
- Provide feedback on ongoing activities and commit to timely escalation reporting procedures to IFS management
Requirements
- 1+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions
- Customer-service orientation, friendly and positive attitude with the ability to motivate team members and support client requests in an orderly and timely manner
- Must pass IFS background check/drug test
