Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control visits to ensure customer needs and contractual standards are met, documenting findings using digital tools and mobile applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and a functional bridge between vendors and customers, utilizing CRM systems and communication platforms to track interactions and follow-ups.
- Communicate company initiatives, procedures, and direction to vendors in a timely manner through digital communication channels.
- Ensure vendors clearly understand customer requirements and expectations, reinforced through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure work standards align with customer requirements and use data insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage chemical and equipment inventory, including tracking usage and needs through proprietary or digital inventory systems.
- Responsible for hiring, training, negotiating, and developing vendor partners, with familiarity using digital onboarding, scheduling, and workforce management tools.
- Prioritize work responsibilities across a geographically dispersed territory, using technology to manage time, routing, and service schedules efficiently.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to ensure operational continuity, sharing performance data, KPI dashboards, and reporting insights.
- Respond quickly to client or vendor complaints and issues, documenting cases in proprietary systems and tracking resolutions to completion.
- Manage the scheduling of services based on customer requirements, using scheduling platforms and service management applications.
- Manage special project work as requested, tracking progress, outcomes, and costs using digital tools.
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle with car insurance.
- Must possess a clean driving record with a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Able to maintain high-quality interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with vendors at many different levels.
- Some experience with and knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with the hiring process.
- Professional demeanor and behavior.
- Willingness to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Accessibility to customers after hours, weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong comfort working in a digital environment, including reading and interpreting dashboards, reports, and operational data to make informed business decisions.
- Experience using proprietary applications, mobile tools, or workforce management platforms preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management and supervisory experience in a related field, preferably account or client management.
- Experience managing performance through data, metrics, or digital reporting tools is strongly preferred.
