Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular cleaning tasks in various areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is prepared for daily operations
- Assist with setup and teardown for events, ensuring all required materials are accessible
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the facilities management team
- Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and assisting customers with inquiries
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in custodial, janitorial, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs
- An attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
