Janitor - 1st Shift

General Function: Reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain a clean, safe, and presentable workplace environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows cleaning standards, and ensures all areas of the office are consistently well-maintained. Job Duties Clean and sanitize office spaces, including desks, floors, windows, and common areas Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Maintain breakroom cleanliness, including appliances and surfaces Report on maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines All other duties or projects as assigned by management Working Conditions: Standing ~6 hours, capable of lifting from 10lbs - 40 lbs consistently to include; pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and reaching. Education/Experience: High School Degree or GED Other Requirements Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment #iceind #iceindustries
