JAMF Administrator

About the role

This role supports a large, enterprise Apple/Mac environment and offers the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative, global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full administration of the Mac OS / Apple OS environment supporting ~1,000–1,200 global users
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Mac systems, primarily for graphics-focused users
• Manage JAMF for device configuration, deployment, patching, and ongoing administration
• Resolve common issues including FileMaker connectivity and Mac-specific configuration challenges
• Partner with global teams to support enterprise-level IT initiatives and ensure a seamless user experience
• Maintain and improve performance, stability, and security of the Apple ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting Mac OS / Apple OS in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Administrator or similar role
• Hands-on experience with JAMF administration
• Experience troubleshooting complex Mac-related issues and configurations
• Able to operate effectively in a global, enterprise setting

Nice to have

• Experience supporting creative/graphics user environments
• Exposure to FileMaker systems
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
