ITSA - IT Student Assistant

Responsibilities

• Work with user stories to support updates in Salesforce modules.
• Assist in data management tasks within Salesforce.
• Support user interface improvements under supervision.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a post-secondary educational institution with an IT-related degree program.

Qualifications

The student will gain hands-on experience with the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Salesforce applications in a complex enterprise environment. They will become familiar with agency systems, business processes, and Salesforce best practices.

Skills

Knowledge of Salesforce tools such as Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Salesforce reporting dashboards. Ability to conduct additional data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Power BI or other agency-approved tools.
